Dear sir,

I have B.S. in geography jobs from ranchi university. I have also B.lib. from ignou with 57% marks. I want to know about the eligibility criteria for librarian post in private schools?

Eligibility criteria of Librarian post of private schools :

• Candidate must have passed B.Lib. from any recognised university.
• Candidate must have secured more than 55% marks in B.Lib. degree.
• Age of candidate must be from 18 to 35 years.

Candidate have to appear in interview held by school administration.

Eligibility Criteria :-

1. Minimum Qualification is Master of Library Science (MLS) from recognized University.

2. Age Should be between in 18-35 years.

3. Good Academic records + Experience (if any).

To become librarian in government or private schools one should have bachelor degree in Library Science.
One should have experience of three years.

One should able to share the knowledge.

In most of the private schools they require a Bachelor of Library Science or Master of Library Science with computer knowledge for the post of Librarian.

Some of the schools prefer candidates with experience and some without experience.

You need to have very good communication skills and very good academic record.

It is mostly the eligibility for the post of Librarian in private schools.

I am having the experience as kg teacher for 10 years and will it be possible to get a librarian job in matriculation school at the age of 46
