What should I do for further growth in my career?
I have completed my graduation in b.com with 49% from Sol du. Currently I'm working with Amazon under Amazon payroll as an customer service associate for North America business customers.
It's been 1.6 years since I have joined Amazon. Now I'm looking for my further education but I'm confused. I'm planning for a pgdm or mba but don't know what subject should I need to choose which helps me to grow my career. I can't leave my job due to financial condition. However I can switch it for some better opportunities. Please help. |

Re: What should I do for further growth in my career?
You have to pursue a role to gain skills knowledge or experience for growth in your career. Volunteering time or resources to help a charity through your organization. Gaining new skill sets and qualifications by attending professional training courses. Managing a large project, more people or a bigger budget.
