When tcs and other it mnc's like cts,ibm,accenture,infosys,hcl start their off campus in ncr for freshers passout b.tech (fresher)?

Usually Off-campus starts by end of the 7th semester and start of the 8th semester and all MNC companies like TCS, HCL, CTS, IBM, Accenture etc. use to come at the same time. You can always approach your college placement officer to get details about the companies who are going to come in your final semester for placements.

So, it's going to be sure that some of the companies are going to come for the placement and the important thing which you need to do is to prepare for them. Usually there will 3 rounds followed for the selection process which are 1) Aptitude test 2) Technical interview 3) Personal interview.

Make sure that you are strong in Aptitude which is the important round of all. You should prepare every day to make sure you will clear the round. Buy books like R.S.Agarwal and prepare daily. If you are good with your subjects then for sure you can clear the technical round. For personal interview you just need to make sure that you have good communication skills to get through the round.
