I got placed in IGATE for Assistant Software Engineer
post. But here, I have to give many exams. I don't know why.
Can you tell me why they take exams after selection?

The exams are taken to check your Eligibility criteria for the post you are appointed. Since, before this you were selected for the post now you are checked whether you are really suitable for the post or not, therefore exams are taken here again and again. So, don't worry, just keep performing best !
