Respected Sir, I am very much upset because of the deduction of amounts in my salary. I am working in an MNC and my salary got deducted in PF and ESI. Why they are deducting through my salary?

PF and ESI deductions are compulsory, if you are working in an organised sector. It is for the benefit of the employee only and helps you save tax too. Hence, you shouldn't be worried about it.

Its not in your hand, but you can talk with your HR manager and ask, whether anything can be done in this regard. PF is in your hand and you can get it after some time and it's like a saving.
