Hello everyone, I just want to know about the selection procedure to get selected in Mindtree for the post of Junior Engineer. Can you please tell me about the salary package also.

Salary Package of Junior Engineer in Mindtree and Process of Selection:

The selection process this Mindtree Junior Engineer recruitment consists of the below mentioned rounds. They are,

<> Aptitude Test

<> Group Discussion

<> Technical Interview

You are required to get through the above mentioned processes one by one. Make sure you secure merit marks in the above mentioned rounds and after clearing of all the above rounds you will be given a detailed offer letter through mail.

Salary Package offered: INR 2.75 LPA
Stipend During Training : 21,000/- per month
Service Agreement: Rs.2 lakhs for 2 years from the date of your joining
