Why ESI deduction is there in MNCs?
I am very much confused regarding the deduction of ESI from my salary as I am working in an MNC. I just want to know the reason that why they deducts the amount? Can somebody explain me?

ESI is mandatory for an organisation, which has employees more than 10. These deductions are necessary if you are working in any organised sector.
It is for the benefit of the employee and some part of it, is paid by the employer itself. |
