Sociology paper provides a maximum of hundred marks and the time duration is restricted to three hours as per the Chhattisgarh state board. There are three sections in all. Section A consist of ten very short answer questions with two marks assigned to each question. The second section contains fourteen questions where the first twelve questions are of three marks each and the last two questions are of four marks. The last section has six long answer questions where each question carries six marks. Thus this paper covers the entire paper in three sections with the intension of covering the majority of the syllabus specified.
