The maximum or full marks of the sociology paper is hundred marks and the time allocated is three hours only, as per the regulations and rules of Chhattisgarh state board. The paper has all together three sections. Section A of this paper consist of ten very short answer questions with two marks assigned to each question. The second section contains fourteen questions where the first twelve questions are of three marks each and the last two questions are of four marks. The last section has six long answer questions and each and every question carries six marks. Thus this paper covers the entire paper in three sections with the intention of covering the majority of the syllabus specified.
