The paper is for a total of 100 marks and consists of 7 questions out of which the candidates have to attempt four questions excluding Question 1 which is compulsory. So, the candidates have to answer five questions in all. The paper is totally descriptive. All the questions in Question 1 need to be answered with definitions and the rest of the questions need to be answered with essays. Some questions need to be answered with diagrams but there are no numerical problems. Examples are of utter importance as most questions have to be answered by stating examples in real time.
