Gujarat Education Board every year conducted Common Entrance Test which is known as GUJCET. The exam is conducted every year and it is needed for the students to cleat the exam if they want admission in the dental, medical, pharmacy or engineering courses in the Gujarat University colleges. The Physics and Chemistry paper is a compulsory one and all the students need to appear for that. Both the papers have similar paper scheme. It has 40 objective type questions with multiple answers and student need to choose the right answer. A student can appear in the either of the language from English, Gujarati or Hindi.
