IETE DIPIETE-ET (Old Scheme) Electronic Instrumentation and Measurement Paper consist of descriptive type questions. There are 11 no. of questions in the paper. These questions are divided into 3 sections; Group A has 1 question which is necessary to be attempted. Rest 2 sections are consisting of 5-5 questions in each group and from each section 3 questions are to be attempted. Each question in each group is of equal marks. The paper carries 100 marks and contains only subjective questions. So, there is no negative marking in this paper. The time allotted for this paper is 3 hours.
