It mainly includes management perspectives, planning, structure of the organization, decision making, monitoring, accounting in retailing aspects. In addition to these, communication through verbal and non-verbal, listening skills, interactive skills,business communications should be touched upon.

Paper Pattern: Out of a total of 8 questions candidates are required to answer any 5. Each question has 10 marks. The questions may or may not be sub-divided. The first question will be sub-divided into 6 questions out of which 4 should be answered and each of them carries 2.5marks. All are subjective type.

Duration of exam is 2 hours and the maximum marks for the same would be 50.

Key points:Most of the questions should be answered in a generalized manner. Quoting of examples occasionally will make the examiner to develop a positive note on your answer script. Organizing the data in the form of flow charts can reduce the time to answer the question and it won’t look messy.
