IGNOU Master of Arts in Public Administration Public Systems Management Exam - Download Previous Years Question Papers

Public Systems Management is a theoretical subject. But if studied smartly, one can do without too much hard work. The subject deals with the the work of Society, State and Administration and also how they are intertwined. Governance, Right to Information and Financial Management are also in the syllabus. The paper is of 3 hours duration and contains a maximum of 100 marks. There are 2 sections. There are 5 questions in both the sections. A student is asked to attempt 5 questions such that he attempts at least 2 question from each of the group. Each of the questions carry 20 marks each.
