The main aim of this course is to give an in depth knowledge to the students how State, Society and Administration works and also their interconnection. The main objective of this course is to teach about different administrative theories, models, methods, postulates, processes and other techniques.
What is taught in this paper?
This paper covers everything about the scope, nature and concept of Public Systems Management and also its implication on the technologies that are new in market. This course also throw light on the concept of Governance. Financial Management, Logistics Management and Strategic Management forms a vital part of the syllabus. Selective Market Techniques and Future Designing Techniques are also covered in this course. Topics like Empowerment, Right to Information and Transparency can also be found in the syllabus of Public Systems Management.
How many Groups are in the paper?
There are two sections in this paper viz. Section 1 and Section 2.
What are the variations in the paper?
The first section of this paper contains 5 questions. The second section also contains 5 questions. All of the questions are essay type questions and contain 20 marks each. A student is needed to answer 5 questions in such a way that he attempts at least 2 questions from each of the sections. Thus there is a lot of scope of selective study in this paper.
How are marks distributed?
Each question carry 20 marks each.
How much time is allotted for the paper?
The total time allotted for this paper is 3 hours.
