The Karnataka Public service commission statistic (Paper II) papers have similar pattern like paper I, and any other paper of Karnataka public Service commission. The paper is divided in to 4 sections. The total marks that these 4 sections constitute are 300. The candidates are given 3 hours to sort out the questions in this paper. The first section is of 20 marks with each question of 5 marks. The second one is of 100 with 10 questions of 10 marks. The third section has 6 questions of 15 marks each, constituting 90 marks, and the last section has 5 questions of 30 marks each, out of which only 3 are to be answered making the total of this section equal to 90.
