Zoology Paper III includes 5 major topics which are Cell Biology, Evolution, Sericulture, Genetics and Apiculture. The Cell Biology deals with the study of various components of the cell. Evolution deals with the evolutionary principles of Charles Darwin, Natural Selection theory, survival of the fittest theory etc. sericulture or in other words Silk Farming deals with raw silks are produced by rearing silkworms. Genetics tells us about the genes, their behaviours, inheritance pattern, gene distribution, population change and variation etc. Apiculture is also known as Beekeeping and mainly deals with maintaining colonies of honey bee for collecting honey and some other products. The first question of the paper has simple questions having 1 mark, the second one has short answer questions, the third one has medium answer questions and the last one has long answer questions. The marks are 3 marks, 5 marks and 10 marks for short, medium and long questions respectively. Below are attached some of the previous year’s question papers for your help.
