Kuvempu University LLM(Distance Education) First Year- Legal Education and research Methodology Papers are aimed at testing and challenging the student to use his concepts in a suitable manner while answering questions. The questions can be asked from topics like process of reflective thinking in the science-philosophy method, the general methods of imparting education in India and legal education in particular, the various methods of collecting statutory or case materials, short notes on relevance of empirical research, socio legal research, induction and deduction and clinical legal education, the advantages and disadvantages of campaigns like the legal aid campaign and the legal literary programs in the country, the necessity of research design to a good research project, collection and analysis of data methodology, and so on. These are conceptual questions which require proper framing and understanding, and hence carry a lot of marks.
