State Bank of India is one of those Government Banks which are very much famous amongst the masses. The staffs who are working in this bank are very much dedicated and they serve their customers with utmost care. The bank holds an exam for recruiting Probationary Officers. A candidate can appear for SBI Bank PO exam only three times and must not be more than 30 years of age for this post. The question paper contains questions from General Awareness and Computer Knowledge. The questions are of objective type and are 50 in number. This happened not so long ago in a remote village in South India. There lived in this village a young man named Venkatesh. He earned a living by exchanging new stainless steel utensils for old clothes, for this he visited the house of the rich peoplein the city. Later he used to sell the clothes to the poor people in the village.

He had considerable income from this business. However, not content with his earning, he used to steal things from the houses he visiited. The stolen items werethen sold-off in the , pan shop. Without further thought, he grabbed the chain and fled, leaving ` behind his wares. After reaching home, he put the chain under his bed. For. the next few days he stopped going about his work and wasted . away all the money he had saved. When he was desperately in need of money, he took out the chain he had looted and went straight to the jewellry shop in the village. The Jeweller took the chain in his hand and after examining it carefully, declared that it was shiny, but not i made of real gold. lt was worth a few rupees only.
