MCA Ist Year Introduction to Software paper of Tamil Nadu Open University is a subjective type paper consisting of two parts, A and B. The total marks allotted to this paper are 75, which is being divided into the two above mentioned sections. Part A consists of 7 questions where each question holds 5 marks and the entire sections holds 25 marks. The questions of this section are subjective type and the students need to attend 5 questions out of 7. Part B also consists of 7 questions from which the students need to go for 5 questions. These are essay type questions and each of it holds 10 marks. This part consists of 50 marks. The time allotted to complete this paper is 3 hours.
