In the 75 marks Project management paper, there are two parts. The first part has short answer type questions. It consists of 5 questions, and students should answer any three. Each question is of 3 marks; thus this part carries 15 marks in total. The second part consists of long answer type questions. There are seven questions in this part, and students should answer any four. The marks carried by the individual questions are 15. Thus the second part is of 60 marks in total. These questions require answers in details. The major or important topics form where students can expect questions are Project report, project audit, PERT, CPM, Gantt charts, partnerships, project formulation, project selection, project evaluation, project sorting, project planning, responsibility charts, resource loading, project control processes, and network techniques among others. These are just the important subjects; to score good marks, there should be a good grip on the entire syllabus. Below are attached some of the previous year’s question papers.
