Dear sir/madam
My son dob is 15.01.2007 and i am seeking admission for 9th std in another school. But i could not get admission as they says his age is small. As per 31st march 2020 he would be 13yr 2 months 15 days. The new school asking for saral number
Want to ask how did his current school gave admission to lower age grade. And they have not enrolled his saral number they said. We provided twice adhar card to school.

Now i am worried about his admission and career.
Please let me know how to resolve it.

As per the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) guidelines, the minimum age to appear for class X is 14 years as of 31st December of the year of examination. So for class 9th it should be one year less that means the student age should be 13 years, your son's age is correct.
