No, it is not possible to pursue B.Ed after completion go 10+2. You need to be atleast a graduate to undertake this course. Nowadays, admission in B.Ed course is very tough especially in the government institutes. This is because of the huge competition and the requirement of 50% in graduation to be eligible for the course. Apart from this , one has to give and qualify the entrance exam to get admission in the B.Ed colleges.

minimum qualification for B.Ed admission is graduation. After completion of graduation you can take admission in government or private college.
colleges take admission by merit or exam.
