NEET stands for National Eligibility cum Entrance Test and the basic qualification required for appearing in the same examination is a Class 12th in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Biology/Biotechnology as main subjects with at least 50% marks in aggregate (or 40% marks in aggregate in case of reserved category candidates) in PCB group subjects from a recognized board of examination.

So, if you manage to secure 50% marks in aggregate in PCB group subject combination and declared Pass by your Class 12th examination board even on failing in Mathematics paper then you will be eligible for appearing in the same examination as far as the educational requirement for the same examination is concerned. In case you are declared Fail or compartment by your board of examination then you will have to first clear your compartment paper first to be eligible for appearing in the same examination.

A minimum of 50% in the combined subjects of physics, chemistry, and biology is required for NEET eligibility. Although you should have passed your optional courses in 10+2, there is no minimum mark requirement for optional subjects. Therefore, you must pass the 10+2 exam overall, including math, in order to be qualified for the NEET exam.

The eligibility criteria to sit for NEET exam is 50% marks in aggregate of Physics, Chemistry and Biology. There is no minimum marks for optional subjects but you should pass in all other subjects overall including Maths. Failing in one subject meaning you are not eligible for NEET exam.
