I am Geetha, completed 10th Class. I have an year gap in 1st PUC and I am willing to directly get into 2nd PUC. So please tell me that Can I directly get into 2nd PUC having an year gap? I am eagerly waiting for your reply.

For your kind information i want to tell you that PUC stands for "Pre University Course". You must have to passed 1st year of PUC for getting access to 2nd year of PUC. If you have completed your 1st PUC then you can go for 2nd year of PUC.

PUC stands for Pre-University Course.
It is equivalent to Higher Secondary Certificate course.
To complete PUC course, students need to study both years simultaneously and also need to qualify examination of 1st year PUC to get admission in 2nd year and then to appear in final examination.
Without appearing in 1st year examination, no student will be allowed to get admission in next year in order to appear final examination directly.
As mentioned, you have left first year examination, so, you have to clear the first year examination first and then complete admission processes of second year then only you will be allowed to appear in the final PUC examination in next year of admission.

No, I am sorry to say that ypu cannot get direct admission in 2nd PUC without having appeared and cleared 1st PUC examination. Therefore, I suggest you to first of all complete your 1st PUC examination and then step forward.

I've passed 1st PU, would it be possible to join 2nd PU after taking a one year gap? For example, doing 1st PU in 2017-2018 and then doing 2nd PU in 2019-2020
