My rank in JEE Main is overall 188828 & OBC rank is 53000. I ranked 6th in Intermediate exam in State Board [BSEB]. My marks in 12th exam is 97%. I want to take admission in B.Tech in ECE stream. Please tell me I am eligible or not?

Sorry to say that but you won't get admission in any government or well known college with these marks or ranks because you scored average marks not too good. May be you will get admission in any government college because admission are provided on the basis of merit list and you know merit list changes year by year.

If you wanna admission in btech then go for private college in that case if you doesn't get admission in desired colleges. they will provides you admission because they just wanna fill up their seats nothing else.

The admission depends on whether you are successful to score the minimum qualified marks aka cutoff marks.

And, no one can determine the actual cutoff marks or rank before the result comes out.

it solely depends upon the following factors :

* The demand of the course.
* The number of seats available.
* The number of applications came for the course.

So, you will know it once you attend the counseling.

Yes, you can get admission to study B.Tech(ECE) if secured 188828 AIR, 53000 OBC rank in JEE Main and 97% in 12th BSEB.
You can't get admission in top colleges but you will be able to get admission in any average colleges.
Yes, you are eligible to get admission in B.Tech course.
Candidate's age must be above 17 years.
