Can I give only Maths subject private exam after completing 12th with PCB in PSEB Board?

No you are not allowed to give only mathematics exam privately.
Instead of this you have option to give improvement exam of mathematics.
For giving improvement exam you need to fill a application form and submit it to your relevant board.
Also send all documents and exam fee in the form of demand draft to their regional office.
After this procedure board will post your enrollment number to your residential address which you mentioned in application form.
You will get date sheet and all other exam related information on board's official website.

PSEB stands for Punjab Secondary Examination Board.

Private candidates are those students who could not pass in the main examination of 12th boards examination conducted in month of March and also was unable to get pass marks in compartmental examination conducted in the same year and want to appear in that subject again in boards examination in month of March in next year.

So, if you have completed 12th then you can not appear as private candidate in the examination in next year in any subject.
But, if you are not satisfied with the marks obtained in any subject in boards examination then the student can appear for improvement examination in the next year with the boards examination.
The student can appear for improvement only in the next year of the appearing of boards examination, so, the student need to apply for improvement in the same year in which they pass the board examination.
The form for improvement examination comes in the month of September and lasts till mid-October.
The student need to fill the form and submit it in near by boards office to appear in improvement examination as it will be his first and last chance to appear for improvement examination.

No, if you want to give maths exam only then you need to give exam of all the subjects.
But as you have completed your 12th in PCB so there is no scope of improvement.
