Sir, I have joined NIOS Board for 12th Board exam. I am also studying in 12th Science standard of CBSE Board. If I am unable to score good marks in CBSE, and score good marks in NIOS, then I can show NIOS marksheet at the time of admission in BTech course?

Yes, You can show NIOS marksheet during BTech admission if you score less marks in CBSE.

Preference will be given to CBSE student but You can use NIOS marksheet for admission procedure.

Yes, if you have scored better marks through NIOS board, you are eligible to get admission in B.Tech course on the basis of NIOS marksheet.

NIOS is a recognised board and affiliated to MHRD.

So, candidates passed with NIOS board are eligible to pursue higher studies or eligible to get job on the basis of the qualification.
