a cbse board student can be promoted to class 10 who has not clear class 9 exam by paying money to same school or any other school

Yes it can be possible in india you can easily get your child into 10th standard without doing 9 and 9 and 10 standards are relevant to each other in concept.

Yes you can be promoted to 10th standard without doing 9 instead. Just by giving money in india. It is easy to get your child into 10th standard and 9th and 10th are relevant to each other in concept even so you can easily do this
