Can i take admission in class 12 in cbse school after passing class 11 in different board school

i have passed class 10th with CBSE board in 2011-12 after that i take admission in class 11th in uttarakhand board in 2012-13 and passed now again i want to take admission in class 12th in CBSE board. Please give me advise.

i am a student of st.xaviers school , hazaribag in class 12.my father has been transferred to bokaro...will i get admission in bokaro in class 12 after 3 months have already been passed and will it be correct to change school at this age ....?? plzzzz suggest....
