All the information relating to Olympiad is provided by the school in which your son is studying.

Basically it is the school's responsibility to distribute the form among all the talented students willing to participate in Olympiad.

In case, if the schools does not show any interest or if the school is not registered with Olympiad, which is organised and headed in India by Homi Bhabha Centre for Science Education.
