No there is no seats are reserved for CBSE students but there are some reservations provided on the basis of cast
For getting Admission in medical college you must need to clear the exams AIPMT (All India Pre Medical Test ) conducted by CBSE , Admissions are provided oi the medical colleges behalf of marks you get in AIPMT exam
Its syllabus and pattern is compatible with CBSE syllabus that is plus point for you because you completed you senior secondary from CBSE
