Eligibility to get admission in ICSE school for 11 years old RBSE 6th standard student?

Hi, my son's DOB is 11 years old. Presently he is studying in 6th standard in RBSE Board. But we are planning to admit him to new school for ICSE syllabus in this year. Does his age will be applicable for ICSE admission? Please reply.
