How can I become an IAS Officer being a 9th ICSE student:-

Now you are at 9 standard. it is very right time to learn general knowledge from the basic level.

Kindly read one newspaper in English.

Improve your English by practicing idioms and phrases etc.

keep some GK books like competition success review, pratiyogita darpan, frontline etc.

Keep in touch with basic mathematics and basic science.

you try to select your degree course basing on the IAS subjects. There are two optional subjects you have to appear in the mains. It is better you read one of the subject in your undergraduate course.
