How can I get domicile certificate having completed education and staying in Delhi since last 9 years?


Dear Sir, my family is staying in Delhi from the last 9 years. I have completed my study from High School till Graduation in Delhi. We had a flat in Delhi but due to some problems we sold it. Now I want a domicile certificate of Delhi. Kindly help me.
