I'm working in delhi base private company. in April I got transferred in Mumbai branch. Here I sent my only son to CBSE board school while in Delhi he was studying in a private school.
Here in Mumbai, school wants countersigned on transfer certificate and when I approached cbse board delhi they refused to do so. saying it is a private school.
What shoul I do. If a private school has no elligibility then it should be shut off... where should I go... and above all... where is rights for education...?

Transfer from one school to another school normally happens in every student's life based on various factors. So, please don't worry. It is mandatory that you need to proceed the transfer certificate in order to join another school. Once, you get the transfer certificate your son can join in any CBSE or Private school based on his qualification. If the Delhi private school refuse to get transfer certificate then contact the higher officials in Department of Education and tell about your current situation then definitely they will provide you the transfer certificate.
