Re: How much percentage avaibility in medical & engineering stream with cbsc board & Gujarat board?
The admission in enginnering or medical course is offered after qualifying in the respective entrance examination such as IIT JEE or NEET.
The only required aggregate is the minimum qualifying marks to appear in the respective examination. Candidates with 50% aggregate in the PCB and PCM are eligible to apply for NEET and IIT JEE respectively. So, you can apply for the examination and on the basis of the entrance examination score eligible to get the admission in medical or engineering entrance examination. |

The availability of seats in medical and engineering streams for CBSE Board and Gujarat Board students can vary based on the admission policies of different colleges and universities. The percentage availability, or the cutoff marks required for admission, can fluctuate each year depending on factors such as the number of applicants, the difficulty level of entrance exams, and the number of available seats.
In general, both CBSE Board and Gujarat Board students have opportunities for admission to medical and engineering streams. However, it's important to note that each state or region may have its own reservation policies, eligibility criteria, and admission procedures. These factors can influence the availability of seats for students from specific boards. To get accurate and up-to-date information regarding the percentage availability for medical and engineering streams, it is recommended to refer to the official websites of the colleges or universities you are interested in. They usually provide detailed admission brochures or notifications that specify the eligibility criteria, cutoff marks, and other relevant information for admission to these streams. Additionally, you can also contact the admission departments of the respective institutions for further clarification. |

The percentage availability in medical and engineering streams can vary based on the board of education and the specific state or college requirements.
CBSE: Medical Stream: For medical courses like MBBS (Bachelor of Medicine, Bachelor of Surgery) and BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), admission is primarily based on the National Eligibility cum Entrance Test (NEET) scores. Engineering Stream: For engineering courses like B.Tech or B.E., admission is commonly based on entrance exams such as JEE Main or state-level engineering entrance exams. |
