The eligibility to pursue the B.Tech or B.E course is that candidate must have passed 12th from a recognised board with Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry as main paper.
So, it is compulsory to have the Physics in 12th to become eligible to become an engineer. |

Since, you are interested in becoming an Engineer then for that you need to pursue degree course in Engineering (i.e; B.E./B.Tech).
Further, to pursue degree course in Engineering, you need to have completed Class 12th in Science stream with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics as main subjects from a recognised board. So, as mentioned above it is mandatory to have pursued Physics at your intermediate level academics for becoming an engineer. |
