Don't worry you have option to get Non-Medical stream in higher secondary. In this trade you have subject combinations of Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, English & a optional subject. You can choose any optional subject like Music, Dance, Physical & Health Education, Sanskrit etc.
After non medical you can make a bright future in Engineering, Army, Private sector, Govt. Sector & Merchant Navy. |

Quote:
You have various options like Science stream with Biology or Maths or Bio Maths, Commerce stream and Arts/Humanities stream. If you are thinking of doing business, then start either with Commerce stream or Arts stream, If you want to play with numbers, you like maths then go for science with maths and if you think you are good at biological terms then you can go for Biology. It all depends upon how you are to the particular subject. As you are not interested in science, computers and economics subjects, then you must go for Arts as only in first semester you will be having Economics and these days Economics is one of the main curriculum so you can't ignore it this is to increase the intellectual level of students. But do keep a note of it If you select science stream and then you do Engineering then you always have option to come back and pursue arts or commerce disciplined courses. And in case of Arts you can't opt for science or commerce field whereas in case of Commerce you can't opt for engineering but you can go for Arts. |

Re: Need guidance about choosing course after Matric in Science?
Now, for you the best option to make a career in a technical field is that you can take science stream in class 11th and 12th with PCM as your main subject as you do not like Biology subjects. After completion of your class 12th, you can appear for the Engineering Entrance Examinations and make your career in that as an Engineer.
Here mentioned a list of Engineering Department which you can opt after entrance exam: > Mechanical Engineering > Civil Engineering > Aeronautical Engineering > Marine Engineering > Electrical Engineering > Computer Science Engineering > Bio-Medical, Information Technology > Marine Engineering etc. |
