Possibility to study Science in Intermediate for a candidate with 40.11% in 10th WBBSE Board?

Hello everyone, I am very much confused. I have scored only 40.11% marks in my 10th Board exam of WBBSE Board. I live in Birbhum and want to secure admission for Science stream in Intermediate. Kindly let me know that with this percentage of marks, I can get Science or not?

Yes, you are eligible to study Intermediate Science stream after completion of your 10th standard with 40.11% aggregate marks from a recognised board. Candidates who have passed 10th standard or an equivalent examination in all subjects from a recognised board are eligible to pursue Intermediate Science stream. Most of the schools conducts an admission test for offering admission in Intermediate Science stream.

As you have secured 40.11% in tenth, hence there are very less chances for you to get science stream in 11th standard because admission to 11th standard in science stream is done on the basis of percentage and those candidates who have secured more than 75% in 10th standard will be offered with science stream.
Do you have any question? or have anything to say?
