Hi, please advise if is it possible to change from ISC Board to Maharashtra Board in 12th standard from 11th standard? If yes, then what is the procedure and is there any charges for it?

Transfer in class is quite difficult because the registration process has already been done by the college in which you are presently studying.
Class 12th registration is done is class 11th so the transfer is difficult.
But if you have a valid reason of transfer then you can contact the principal of college for such purpose, if they allow you such transfer then you can do so.
