Respected Sir, I have appeared in 12th Board exam from WBCHSE Board with Commerce stream. I don't want to study BCom course. Can I know about the professional courses through which I can secure job easily? Please help me in this regard.

There is nothing such as a Job Oriented course, you just have to get admission in courses you would want to and then after that you can look for jobs n that respected field.
