Completed Registration form

Adhar Card,

proof of age Certificate,

Residence Proof,

Caste Certificate if any,

Blood group report,

Single Girl child certificate,

Service certificate with last drawn salary slip for –central government employees and children of ex- servicemen, employees of Autonomous Bodies/Public Sector Undertaking/Institute of Higher Learning of the Government of India, State Government employees.
