Can anyone of you please tell me what are the rules and regulations to change school in 12th standard? Please tell me about this as soon as possible.

It is not advisable to change the school in class 12.

To change the school in class 12 the candidate must have passed class 11 examination from a recognized board and he/ she should submit the following documents which are Transfer certificate, marks memo, conduct certificate, genuine reason for changing the school.

The admission is offered in the respective school if there are vacant seats available in the school.

Most of the schools doesn't offer admission for class 12 directly.

Yes, you can take admission in class 12th in another school as it is possible legally.
For that you will need some kind of documents:

Write an application to the current school that, you want to change your school in class 12th.
Take a Transfer Certificate (T.C) from your current school.
Collect your class 11th mark sheet from your current school.
Character certificate from the current school.
You will also need an affidavit and migration certificate to change your school. etc.
After arranging all the above said documents, submit it in the school where you want to take admission.
