There is no need to repeat 12th to appear in JEE Main if you secured 52% in 12th RBSE Board exam.

Your 52% is enough to appear in JEE Main exam.

You will surely get admission in good college if your score in JEE Main is good.

I think you should try to reappear for your 12th board exam innovation if you are capable of scoring at least more than 75% in your 12 board exam after repeating for your exam
If you think that you are able to score good marks after reappearing your 12 board examination

Candidates appearing for 12th from a recognised board are eligible to appear for JEE Main examination.

Candidates requires minimum 45% aggregate in 12th board to become eligible to appear for JEE Main.

So, you are eligible to appear in examination and after qualifying in Main become eligible for Advanced stage.
