Is there any problem to register with ISC Board for a WBBSE 10th supplementary exams passed candidate?

Hello Si, I have passed in the 10th WBBSE Board exam through supplementary exams. I want to take admission in a school with an ISC Board. So, I want to know can I face any problem in registration in ISC Board?
