Re: At what age a candidate can appear in 10th CBSE Board exam if studying in LKG at the age of 3 years old?
There is no minimum age limit required to appear in CBSE 10th standard board examinations. The CBSE board has not specified any minimum age limit to appear in 10th standard examinations. Since, your son is studying LKG being 3 years old, he will attain the age of 14 years by completion of his 10th standard. So, there will not be any problem for your son to appear in CBSE 10th standard board examinations.

The minimum age for appearing class 10 CBSE board is 15 years, if your child is studying in LKG than it can be a problem if your child comes at the age of 14 years so if you change the school of your child than your child can appear for boards. So there is no problem for your child the only thing is that your child will complete his class 10th little early.

Hello Dear aspirant,
As CBSE is a central board, but there is no age limitation mentioned for matriculation. As your son is studying in LKG at the age of 3 years so he will complete his 10th class at the age of 14 years. That's fine. There is no problem regarding age. thank you. |

Re: At what age a candidate can appear in 10th CBSE Board exam if studying in LKG at the age of 3 years old?
The minimum age criteria required for appearing in C.B.S.E. 10th board examination is 14 years and 4 months at the time of your examination.
Now as your son is reading in L.K.G. at the age of 3 years so he will require at least 12 years for passing his secondary education that is he will be about 15 years at the time of 10th board examination. So you can expect no complications about your son's age at the time of his secondary school examination. |
