For getting job as a teacher in government school/college then you need to wait for notification of your relevant job. Yes whenever government school/college require any staff they release notification for peoples to apply for job.

Job is given to only those candidates who qualifies their selection procedure. Basically their selection procedure is consisted in two stage.
1. Written Exam.
2. Interview.
Candidate must have to qualify all these two stages. After that candidates are shortlisted on the behalf of merit list and joining letter is posted to their postal address.

For government teacher job in Uttar Pradesh state government schools you need to appear for TET and qualify it with an excellent score. If you don't have B.Ed qualification based on computer science subject then you have to look for other jobs.

PGDCA is a post graduate diploma and it is not a graduation. You must have graduation to become eligible for B.Ed admission in this subject.

To apply for teaching job in primary or junior school any where in India, candidate need to have qualify TET examination conducted by the state boards every year.
TET stands for Teacher Eligibility Test.
CBSE also conducts eligibility test to recruit candidates at post of teacher in CBSE affiliated schools and the test is known as CTET.
It is conducted twice in every year in month of Feb and September.

Eligibility to appear in TET examination are:-
For primary level ,I to V standard
-Candidate must have completed 12th standard from any recognized board with minimum of 50% marks.
-Candidate must have completed Diploma in Education or Bachelor of Education(B.Ed) degree from a registered college or university.
For VI to VIII standard
-Candidates must have completed Bachelor's degree in the subject in which they want to become a teacher from a recognized university with minimum of 50% marks
-Candidate must hold Bachelor of Education degree from a recognized university.

The qualified candidates in TET meed to apply for job of teacher in any school whenever the vacancy for the teacher is published by any school as TET does not provide guarantee to recruit .
