Whether my daughter can seek admission in class LKG under cbse school in the current academic year 2018-19 session whose date of birth is 18 Feb 2015

The minimum age required for getting admission in LKG:-

Minimum age must be at least 4 years at the time of getting admission in LKG.

Age limit for admission in LKG is 4 years.

Specially ICSE school seem to follow this criteria a child seeking admission in LKG should have completed 3 years 10 months as on 1st June of the academic session.

So, your child can get admission in LKG if he is 3years and 6months old.

The minimum age required for getting admission in LKG:-

For admission into LKG, i.e, Junior KG, a child must be between the age of 3 years 6 months to 4 years 6 months.

So, your child can get admission in LKG if she is 3 years and 6 months old.

The minimum age of the student should be above 3 years as on 1st April of the respective year to get admission in LKG.

°°° Earlier the age limit for admission to LKG was 3 years 6 months as on 1st June of the year of admission however, the rules has been revised again and now the minimum age required to get admission in LKG in most of the schools is 3 years 10 months.
It would be better if you approach the school where you want to seek admission to your child yourself and ask for the rules and regulations and you can be guided in the proper direction whether you are eligible or not because most of the schools can relax the age upto 3 months.
