My child now study lkg. His date of birth 02_05_2018 Is he eligible for nursery or lkg. Please tell me. In cbse 10th class exam eligibility criteria age limit

Age criteria for admission in LKG or Nursery:-

The minimum age required to get admission in any CBSE school and other schools to nursery class is 2 years and 3 years to LKG .

But this criteria change from school to school.

As per the directive from the Federal Government of UAE minimum age for admission in LKG will be 4 years.

Age criteria for admission in LKG or Nursery:-

The minimum age required in order to get a candidate admitted in Nursery and LKG is 3 years and 6 months.
However, as you have maintained above, your child is very much eligible for admission in Nursery or LKG.

°°° For getting admission in LKG, the age limit as per the present rules in CBSE schools is 3 years 10 months as on June of the year of admission.
The age limit required to get admission in nursery in most of the schools is two years and 10 months.
According to me your child is eligible to get admission in nursery as per the age criteria.
However, it would be better for you if you approach the school yourself and ask the rules and regulations of that particular school so, that you can be guided in right direction.

As per the guidelines of the central board of secondary education (CBSE), the age limit of the student should be between 2 years 6 months to 3 years 6 months to get admission in Nursery.
